Monthly Compensation is earned from three separate pay plans that are seamless & interconnected. Everyone starts their earnings with Pay Plan #1. Then as you expand and grow your business... Pay Plan #2 and Pay Plan #3 automatically kick in and you can receive monthly compensation from all three Pay Plans at the same time.

Pay Plan #1 is paid based upon a Uni-Level Pay Structure.
Pay Plan #2 is paid based upon a 3 X 10 Matrix Pay Structure.
Pay Plan #3 is paid based upon a 3 X 10 Matrix Pay Structure.

Note: Once a Store Owner is placed into their sponsor's matrix they must maintain their Active Status to remain in that matrix position. If they miss a month of maintaining their Active Status they will lose that matrix position and any matrix downline below them. Upon becoming Active, again they will then be placed in the first open position in their sponsor's matrix at that time.

1. 50% Retail Sales - Commission

   All Emerald Express™ Store Owners earn a 50% Retail Sales Commission on all personally
   earned points* over 100 points each month.

   ^*Personally Earned Points - Personally Earned Points come from a combined monthly total of
   Your Monthly - Retail Sales, Personal Product Purchases, Monthly Auto-Ship Purchases and Your
   Personal Charitable Product Donations.

2. 100% Matching Bonus

   All Active Store owners earn a 100% Matching Bonus based upon the Pay Plan #3 earnings of
   all Emerald Express Store Owners they have personally sponsored.

   Examples: If one of the Stores you have personally sponsored earned $100 from Pay Plan #3 you would earn $100.
   If another one of the Stores that you personally sponsored earned $650 from Pay Plan #3 you would earn $650 from that
   store. $100 + $650 = $750 in Matching Bonuses just from those 2 stores. There is No Limit as to the number of stores
   you can personally sponsor and the number of Matching Bonuses you can earn each month.

3. $25.00 Level Two - Commissions

   In Pay Plan #1 all Active Store Owners earn $25.00 for all Active Stores on their Second Level.
   The First $25.00 earned on Your First Five Stores is paid in Monthly Auto-Ship Credits.
   All Second Level - Active Stores after Five is paid in CASH!

   

   You earn $125.00 Each Month in Auto-Ship Credits...

5. $20.00 Level Four - Commissions

   In Pay Plan #2... all Qualified Gold Stores earn $20.00 for Each Gold Store on their Fourth Level.
   Paid as... $10.00 Cash! And $10.00 in Shopping Credits!

   There are 81 potential stores positions on your Fourth Level.
   This gives you a Monthly Earning Potential of... $1,620.00 in Shopping Credits & Cash!
   Yearly Earning Potential... $9,720.00 in Shopping Credits And... $9,720.00 in Cash!

   Shopping Credits can be converted to Cash at a 2 to 1 ratio.

6. Pay Plan #3 - 3% Cash Commissions

   Paid on Levels... Five, Six, Seven, Eight, Nine & Ten of your 3 X 10 Matrix.

   

   In Pay Plan #3 you earn an amount equal to 3% of the Shopping Credits earned by
   all Gold Stores on these Six Levels.

   If one of your stores earned...	$500 in Shopping Credits	You would earn...	$15.00

7. 2% Star Bonuses

   There are Five Separate - 2% Star Bonuses that you can earn.

   Qualifications to earn are based on the accumulative number of personally sponsored
   Gold Stores by each Store Owner.

   The Five 2% Star Bonuses are paid thru the Uni-Level Pay Structure on your personally
   sponsored lines of sponsorship. When you are qualified... each month you earn an amount
   equal to 2% of the Shopping Credits earned in Pay Plan #2 by all stores in your Uni-Level
   Pay Structure (Unlimited Levels) down to the next store qualified for that particular Five Star Bonus.

8. Roll Up - Bonuses

   Each Month in... Pay Plan #2... If a Store Owner is not a Qualified Gold Store, any
   monthly commissions that would have been earned by that store are passed upline to the
   First Store that IS a Qualified Gold Store, and they receive those commissions for that month.
